Our beloved Brigitte cotton dress is back this season in a white base and navy stripe (above). You’ve probably guessed that for this piece, we took inspiration from Brigitte Bardot who wore this style of casual dress on the French Riviera.
The Brigitte features a hem that falls to the knee and has a soupçon (5%) of elastane in the fabric to keep its shape and comfort. The just-released white base/blue stripe pictured above has three-quarter-length sleeves. It will be joined next week by two other colourways: red base with white stripe, and mocha with blue stripe. These latter two versions, pictured below left, feature an elbow-length sleeve.
Also making a comeback this season is the Françoise dress, with bold, equal-width stripes in navy and cream (pictured below right). Paying homage to the late singer and actor Françoise Hardy, this dress is a classic, easy to wear style with three-quarter sleeves and a relaxed fit through the body. C’est casual et chic! Team it with a pair of white sneakers or throw on a cute slide.
Speaking of footwear: we’re stepping into new territory with the introduction of our Saint Tropez slides. Beautifully made in Italy (well, it’s only two hours’ drive from Saint Tropez) and of natural leather, they’re available in tan or black and proudly claim the name of the Cote d’Azur seaside paradise.
