Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please send us an email at info@jaccadeaux.com explaining why you are sending the product back. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) All returns should be sent back to us neatly in their original packaging, with swing tags etc. included. For all returned items, you should expect to receive your refund shortly after we receive the item back at our headquarters and check it.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items if, for example, the size is not right. If you wish to exchange, there will be an additional cost for shipping the new item. Again, all returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging, with swing tags included.
SALE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.
