Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

You may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal.

With Checkout+ — if you opted in at checkout, your returns and exchanges are completely free. No fees, no fuss.

Without Checkout+ — a $15 return fee applies for refunds, and a $15 exchange fee applies if you'd like to swap for a different size or style.

We cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed promptly.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items if, for example, the size is not right. If you wish to exchange and have not opted into checkout+ there will be an additional cost for shipping the new item. Again, all returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging, with swing tags included.

SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.

FREE SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

We are delighted to offer FREE shipping to our Australian customers. To our overseas customers shipping will be calculated on weight. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
